In response to Sanford Coach Thompson's letter posted here recently, Coach Chris Jones of Hodgson also submitted a few words regarding the recent Sanford/Hodgson game:
Jim,
As I have told you and Tom personally, I appreciate your promotion of the girls game. Our game with Sanford last Wednesday was very exciting. I concur with my friend Coach Thompson, all of the girls played hard and represented their schools admirably. Coach Thompson and his staff are amongst the very best in the state. His team was well prepared, though considered to be "young" will be a force.
